RETURN
Returns are available only for domestic orders in the Indonesia. Returns are accepted within 7 days.
*Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international orders at this time due to shipping regulation.

For the items to be eligible for a return and exchange, they will have to meet these requirements:
– In the same condition you received
– Have been unused
– Have been unwashed
– Have been unaltered
– Are free of stains and odors
– Still have the tags attached
– Are the non-sale items.

The returned items will be inspected by our team once received.
Timechine Company reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges requested are only processed based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. If the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item. All exchanges must be of equal or higher value (exchanges placed for items priced at higher value will be required to pay the rest of total order amount informed by our team).

We will ship out the new product if the returned items meet our requirements above and have been received and inspected by our team.
